He told me that he chose to kill Dahut. But that it didn't make logical sense. He was sure that he chose to, but there were gaps in his reasoning.

... Maybe he wasn't. Maybe I didn't know him. But it didn't add up to me, and I'd prefer to be safe than sorry.
